Good to know there’s a study to support it but I mean come on, common sense..?

I definitely treat my body better when I’m not actively hating it.

I’m so glad somebody finally did a study to confirm this. Shaming and erasing fat people does NOTHING for their health. If feeling bad about your weight made you thin, we’d be the thinnest country in the world. Bookmarking this for the next “but what about their healthhhhh” concern troll.
