Gavin Newsom interviewed chef Marcus Samuelsson, an immigrant who runs a restaurant in Harlem and competed on Top Chef Masters. Samuelsson talks about the important of having women and people of color working as chefs in the kitchen, and the cultural barriers to that. I thought it was really interesting, so. Enjoy.
