That’s bad grammar and as a grammar nazi I’m getting pissed off.

OP you’re being an asshole. It’s not about your bullshit language hangups.

It is never bad grammar to refer to someone by their preferred pronouns. It is, however, thoughtless and inconsiderate to purposely NOT use them.
