thepoliticalnotebook: NBC has decided to call it for Scott Walker. Still only 21% in, though. Important to note, as the NYT’s recall coverage has, that a close race in Wisconsin could result in a request for a recount, although a close margin will not automatically trigger one. Yeah, only 25% reporting now and it’s a 60/40 split. And, again, Milwaukee is one of the biggest AND the last to report. This could easily be a late-night upset.
