They keep using that “92% of job losses were women” claim which even if we accept it at face value they never say why, what about Obama’s “economic policies” would affect women THAT much more than men? I can understand if you want to make the point that Obama’s policies are bad for business but how would they affect women so disproportionately? And to that point does Romney have a plan that would incentivize the hiring of women? And if there a plan is how would they defend it against claims of “dictating private hiring”?
Of course all these questions are dependent on taking the claim at its face value rather than what it is: a weak attempt to spin the Republican party’s very real nationwide attacks on contraception, birth control, and abortion access.

ETA: I’m aware that the 92% number is bullshit and misleading, I’m just saying even taken seriously it raises some questions about their meaning.

The bulk of those job losses came due to the Bush Recession policies but the GOPeabrains don’t want to mention that because it’s a fact and not Rovian spin.

That number probably comes from the number of government jobs lost (including teachers) which are last to be cut in a recession and last to be replaced. It’s actually small government/ no taxes conservatives that created that number.
